According to the service information supplied by Slavia, Czech-language questions receive a doctor’s response within 6 hours; a specialist response may take up to 48 hours. English-language questions receive a response within 12 hours.

If a physical examination or prescription appears appropriate, the service can offer help arranging an appointment. A nurse contacts the user on the next working day between 8:00 and 17:00, searches for a suitable provider and can arrange a visit according to location and time preferences.
